Responsible for ensuring that the Federation’s financial and fiscal policies and procedures are both appropriate and supportive of an efficient and effective international organisation.

The BC has overall responsibility for the finances of the Federation including the collection of subscriptions, the monthly accounts, and the annual budget for adoption at the Annual General Meeting of the Council.
