The Executive Board is responsible for the federation's day-to-day administration and activities. The current board is comprised of:

• President - Janet McInnes (UK)
• Immediate Past President - Robert Chelin DPM (Canada)
• Vice President - Joseph Caporusso DPM (USA)
• Secretary General - Mette Palmer (Sweden)
• Treasurer - Diamanto Maliotou-Papasavva (Cyprus)
• Member at Large - Serge Coimbra (France)

The FIP also has two consultants and an administrative assistant working with the Executive Board:

• Director of Communication and Corporate Development - Jayne Jeneroux (Canada)
• Director of Global Education and Special Projects - Tony McNevin (USA)
• Administrative Secretary - Odette Vaudray (France)
