Annual Business Meeting and Educational Conference
The Academy will hold its Annual Business Meeting on Thursday, 13 May 2010, at the Holiday Inn Amsterdam. Members of the Governing Council will receive information under separate cover from FIP regarding hotel reservations, meals, etc. The following day, the Academy will sponsor its first Educational Conference. The latter will be part of the World Congress program and will be held in the RAI Congress Center. All Governing Council members are expected to attend both the Business Meeting as well as the Educational Conference. Everyone will participate in both events. Instructions will be provided during the Business Meeting on 13 May.

- Annual Business Meeting
Notice: While the Academy’s Governing Council Business meeting is not a closed meeting and observers are most welcome. Note that the meeting will be recessed during the Thursday morning Opening Plenary Session of the World Congress. Members of the Governing Council are asked to review the tentative Agenda for the Annual Business Meeting. As you will see, it calls for a very robust meeting.
